Privacy policy
SARL PPM attaches great importance to the protection of personal data. This policy describes the processing carried out through this site, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. This page is a courtesy translation; the French version prevails.
Data controller
SARL PPM — 9 avenue Thiers, 93340 Le Raincy, France — [email protected].
Data collected
The site currently has no active submission form: enquiries reach us by email or by phone, using the details published on the Contact, Quote request and Careers pages. The data we receive is therefore what you choose to send: identity, professional contact details, message content and any attachments (for example a CV).
No advertising tracking cookie is set. The site currently has no audience measurement tool; if one were added, this policy would be updated.
Purposes and legal bases
The data you send us is used exclusively to process your request: answering an enquiry, reviewing a quote request or examining an application. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures or on PPM’s legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries.
Recipients
Data is intended exclusively for authorised persons within SARL PPM. It is neither sold, nor transferred, nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention periods
Contact and quote requests: three years from the last exchange.
Unsuccessful applications: two years from the last contact, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
Attachments you send us (CV, cover letter, project documents) are deleted together with the file they belong to, at the end of that period.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to define its fate after your death. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected] with proof of identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Security
PPM implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data sent: encrypted exchanges (HTTPS), restricted access and no personal data kept in technical logs.
